BY MAKING THE CHOICE TO PURCHASE OUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR OUR CLIENTS, YOU CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SERVICE (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS, “TERMS OF SERVICE”). THIS IS A VOLUNTARY OPT-IN PROCESS INCLUSIVE OF THE ORDER PLACED BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES.

• Access to a library of self-help content for challenges that cannot be automated.
• Access to live technical assistance to resolve any other challenge not covered by automation or self-help material.

These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Greek Squad LLC, pertaining to, among other things, the access and use of our subscription services, support services, and any related information, content (including our Client), and electronic documentation (collectively, the “Services”) made available or provided from the website www.GreekSquad.in (or any portals or sub-domains thereof) or other websites or call centers operated by or for Greek Squad LLC (collectively, the “Sites”). As used in these Terms of Service, “Greek Squad”, “Greek Squad service”, “Active Optimization service”, “our service” or “the service” implies the Services.

If you are a resident of the United States (including its possessions and territories), you agree to the Arbitration Agreement and class action waiver described in these Terms of Service to resolve any disputes with Greek Squad LLC (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court).

Your access to the Sites or use of the Services implies your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Account Set-Up

Establishing an Account: Access to Services requires an account. You must be 18+ to activate an account and agree to these Terms. Activation is at Greek Squad’s discretion.

Password Protection: You are responsible for maintaining password secrecy and all activities under your account. Notify Greek Squad LLC immediately of any breach.

Account Requirements: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and maintain it. We may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information.

Access to Services via Greek Squad LLC Client

We provide a client applet (the “Client”) to automate and streamline service delivery. The Client performs analysis, establishes a baseline, and can launch optimizations. The Client is proprietary; your use is licensed, not sold, and subject to applicable restrictions (e.g., no reverse engineering).

The Client may include third-party components (e.g., cpuidsdk.dll by CPUID EURL). It may require .NET libraries and an active internet connection. Certain folders may store downloaded driver updates and license information as noted.

You may uninstall the Client at any time via standard OS procedures. Some innocuous artifacts may remain.

Export restrictions and U.S. Government restricted rights may apply. By using the Service and Client, you agree to receive updates automatically.

Access to Service via Live Technical Support Assistance

With an active paid subscription, you may request assistance by phone (and, with your permission, system access). You must ensure supported hardware has high-speed internet. Availability is generally daily, excluding holidays; some tasks may incur additional fees.

Supported software/hardware includes Windows versions (XP–11 where applicable), common browsers, email clients, performance enhancements, driver installation, printer connectivity, audio/webcam help, and spyware/malware removal. Some actions may impact performance or licenses.

Greek Squad LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to support peripheral hardware and may refer to manufacturers as needed.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

Google Ads and Remarketing: We use Google Ads and other third-party advertising services to promote our services. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greek Squad LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lansing, Michigan.

Severability
