End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Greek Squad LLC ("Company") for the use of our software tools, remote assistance applications, and related services.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Greek Squad LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software tools solely for the purpose of receiving technical support services.

3. Permitted Uses

• Install and use remote assistance software as directed by our technicians
• Use diagnostic tools provided during support sessions
• Access driver downloads and setup utilities from our website

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Distribute, sell, or transfer any software tools
• Use software for any purpose other than receiving support
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices

5. Remote Access

By using our remote assistance services, you acknowledge that:

• You grant temporary access to your computer for support purposes
• All sessions are monitored and recorded for quality assurance
• You can terminate remote access at any time
• We will only access files necessary for troubleshooting

6. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data during support sessions. We will not access, copy, or modify personal files unless specifically required for troubleshooting and with your explicit consent.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Software tools are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Greek Squad LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greek Squad LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our software tools or services.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling all software tools. Greek Squad LLC may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
